Now all Sinarbacks in 1-, 4-, and 16-shot mode make a BRC after the capture and no longer before it. With multi-shot captures, if no valid BRC is available, CaptureShop will first take one single capture for the black reference, and after this the whole multi-shot capture is taken. Black reference Calibration (BRC) is automatically made after every 15 minutes as well as always immediately after Live image has been used. This is done to compensate the increase of the sensor temperature that occurs during a live image. Both BRC measures (i and j) have primarily been made to further improve the image quality of the Sinarbacks.
